What is your online return and exchange policy?
An original packing receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns and exchanges.
You can make returns or exchanges via mail with an original Pacific Writing Instruments packing receipt or an online payment receipt. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Other restrictions may apply.
Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
All other returns or exchanges — including those without receipt — will be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance.
Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return a Pacific Writing Instruments purchase by mail: Pack the item and include all product packaging and accessories.
Enclose your original packing receipt or an online payment receipt and be sure to complete all necessary information.

What if I don't have a packing receipt?
We want to ensure your Pacific Writing Instruments returns and exchanges are fast and convenient. If you misplaced your packing receipt, in most cases you can still make a return or exchange by mail. Any Pacific Writing Instruments sales rep can look up and find most orders made online by credit card within the last 90 days. You can also print a payment receipt made at the time of payment online.
If you misplaced your packing receipt and want to mail your return, please include the following:
The item you are returning, including all product packaging and accessories.
A note with your name, address and order number.

The item I bought yesterday is now on sale. Can I get the lower price?
If we advertise a lower price in the week of, or in the week following your full-price purchase, simply call a sales rep: (650) 355-2640. We will refund you the difference. Sorry, no price adjustments can be made for clearance pricing.
What are my payment options at Pacific Writing Instruments?
You can pay with a credit card either online or via phone or fax. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We will also accept fax orders and checks. Please go through the checkout process without clicking submit. This will calculate a grand total for you. Then print the Shopping Cart page and remit payment to:
